Adversity doesn't always lead right to bliss and healing for everyone. For me, it led to a spiral into chaos and pain. But throughout my darkest times there was always a small voice that wondered if things could be better, beautiful even. In my darkest times this quiet optimism helped me keep going. And my curiosity about human psychology and spirituality kept me digging into healing modalities. After 25 years of working on myself, I now have a collection of tools to support me. And I have the life of my dreams. It now feels like my duty and purpose to share with others all that I've gained along the way.
