REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Integrate and Align, I try my best to provide the best possible service to my clients. I understand that schedules can change. Please read this refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Cancellation and Refunds Before the Meeting
If you need to cancel your meeting, you may do so at any time before the scheduled session starts.
As long as no part of the service has been offered, rendered, or completed prior to the meeting, a full refund will be issued in the original method of payment. Alternatively, a refund can be arranged in a mutually agreed-upon manner.
No Refunds for Initiated or Completed Meetings
Once a meeting has started or any part of the service has been provided, refunds will not be issued. This policy applies regardless of the session's duration or outcome.
Rescheduling Options
If you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, you may request to reschedule by contacting me at any time before the meeting.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
